Use this form for a made-to-order H-shaped burner intended for a fire pit or outdoor fire feature.

IMPORTANT: Propane configurations require a propane air-mixer (orifice) & adequate ventilation above and below the burner. Propane fire pits must include burner pan separation between burner and air mixer, and a hollow cavity beneath the burner pan & burner with venting panels at the based of the fire pit, providing adequate airflow.

7. QUOTE PROCESS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

1. Flame Havens reviews the request and may ask for measurements, photos, or clarification. A drawing and revisions may be required before approval.

2. Typical custom work may require 5-15 business days after final drawing approval and receipt of any required deposit. The quote will confirm the actual schedule; transit time is additional.

3. Custom-built items are final sale and non-returnable after approval / production begins, subject to Flame Havens policies and applicable law.

4. Packaging and shipping are quoted separately when applicable. A quote request is not an order, and production begins only after written approval, required payment, and order confirmation.
