Cancellation Policy
At Flame Havens, we strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order prior to fulfillment (a.k.a. Shipping Confirmation). Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair, considering the nature of our products.
Off the Shelf Items
Cancellation Before Shipment:
- You may cancel any off-the-shelf item order before it has been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your request can be accommodated.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment:
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy once it has been delivered.
- Shipping & Restocking costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Special Order Items
Cancellation Before Production:
- Special order items are customized or made-to-order products tailored specifically for you. These orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase without any penalty.
- After 48 hours, if production has not begun, we will still attempt to cancel the order, but this may result in a cancellation fee depending on the supplier's policies.
Cancellation After Production Begins:
- Once production has started on your special order item, cancellations are generally not allowed. If a cancellation is requested after this point, it may result in a significant cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit, depending on the stage of production and the supplier's terms.
Non-Cancellable Items:
Some special order items are non-cancellable once the order is placed, due to the nature of the customization. These items will be clearly marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible by calling us at (Excluded till further notice). Please have your order number and details ready to expedite the process.
Our team will confirm the status of your order and inform you of any applicable cancellation fees or refunds.
Refund Processing
Approved cancellations will be refunded and processed within 1-2 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. The refund is processed to the original payment method used during the purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on the payment method, usually ranging from 2 - 5 business days.
